This Privacy Policy applies to the SAJID ARTS mobile application and the services made available through it. By using the app, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

Information required to prepare, process, confirm or deliver an order may be used for app functionality and customer support.

Cash-on-delivery orders do not require payment-card information.

SAJID ARTS is designed not to request sensitive runtime permissions. The app does not request access to your:

Standard internet connectivity may be used to load product information, images or other online content. Internet access is not a sensitive Android runtime permission.

• Arrange shipping or delivery

• Respond to questions or requests
• Maintain profile and order information
• Send requested service or order communications
• Send newsletters when the user has voluntarily subscribed

The current version of SAJID ARTS is not intended to display third-party behavioural advertising or sell information to advertising networks.

If advertising or an advertising SDK is introduced in a future release, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before that release is distributed.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide requested services
• Maintain legitimate order and transaction records
• Resolve customer-support matters
• Prevent fraud or misuse

Information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymised or securely isolated where reasonably possible.

However, no mobile application, internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their devices and avoid sharing payment credentials or account information with unauthorised persons.

• Withdraw a newsletter subscription
• Ask how your information is handled
• Raise a privacy-related complaint

Requests may be submitted to support@sajidarts.pk. We may ask for reasonable verification before completing a request. Certain order or transaction records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

SAJID ARTS is a general furniture and home décor shopping application and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information, they may contact us to request its removal.

The app may display content, product images or links provided by third parties. External websites and services operate under their own privacy policies, and SAJID ARTS is not responsible for their independent privacy practices.

Users should review the privacy terms of a third-party service before providing information to it.

Some technical or service providers may process information outside Pakistan. Where this occurs, reasonable steps will be taken to require appropriate protection for the information.

This policy may be updated when app functionality, legal requirements or information practices change. The revised policy will display a new effective date.
